Dubai Exports, an agency of the Dubai Department of Economic Development, in partnership with the German Emirati Joint Council for Industry & Commerce (AHK) are organizing a workshop on “Islamic Finance Opportunities in Germany”.

The Event is part of the Government of Dubai’s efforts to promote exports of banking and financial services from the UAE, an area where the country has strong expertise and is acknowledged as an industry leader

The seminar will be led by Dr. Kilian Bälz, Attorney, Amereller Legal Consultants and would be of interest to all who are keen on exploring Islamic finance opportunities in Germany and the European Union.

Germany has a Muslim population of approximately 4 million holding an estimated wealth of EUR 25 billion. Based on a recent survey, roughly 72% of the respondents showed keen interest in Shariah compliant products.
